At Curate Your Style London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and have all Curate Your Style tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
